Abstract

This article provides information on the transport corridors that have passed through the territory of Uzbekistan and are now planned for construction. It studies the strategic importance of international railway corridors passing through Uzbekistan, in particular, with a focus on the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan (CKU) railway and its associated multimodal transport routes. The study identifies the role of these corridors in strengthening regional connectivity, reducing transport costs, and strengthening Uzbekistan's position as a transit hub.
