The article reviews the existing organizational and technological mechanisms in the world and in
Uzbekistan for the implementation of cargo transportation processes in transport and logistics enterprises
using outsourcing services. In international experience, the structure of cargo and logistics functions
based on the services of 3PL (Third-Party Logistic) and 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistic) providers is
analyzed. The prospects of logistics services and production mechanisms, and existing opportunities, are
compared based on the SWOT model and suggestions are made.
