Effectiveness assessment of monofunctional hardening accelerators in lowtemperature curing concrete

The article presents an analysis of hardening accelerators for cement concretes, reviewing their types, mechanisms, and effects, and identifying significant limitations and negative side effects. It is shown that monofunctional accelerators are insufficient for comprehensive improvement of concrete properties and durability, which justifies the need for alternative solutions.Abstract
В статье приведен анализ ускорителей твердения цементных бетонов, рассмотрены их типы,
механизмы и эффекты, а также выявлены существенные ограничения и негативные побочные
явления. Показано, что монофункциональные ускорители недостаточны для комплексного
улучшения свойств и долговечности бетона, что обосновывает необходимость иных решений.
