Abstract

This article is devoted to the development and optimization of star-shaped structures for measuring solar optical radiation using fiber optic cables. The feasibility of optimizing the star-shaped structure of a measuring system for estimating solar radiation in radial directions from the center of the study area is examined. It is shown that using a star-shaped structure to measure temperature in radial sectors of a circular zone can achieve a twofold improvement in signal-to-noise ratio compared to measurements using diametrically positioned fiber optic cables.
