Аннотация

Road tunnels present complex challenges for ventilation due to the accumulation of exhaust gases and heat from vehicles, installations, and the surrounding rock. The primary goal of tunnel ventilation is to maintain air quality by reducing toxic gases such as carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons, and aldehydes to safe levels, as well as to regulate temperature and visibility. This article presents the experimental method and the results obtained in order to evaluate the effectiveness of natural ventilation in a railway tunnel.
